A leaking roof with worn, cracked roofing
The residents were experiencing a roof leak. The existing flat roof was covered with gravel, and its ageing roofing was cracked and needed replacement. We removed the gravel, replaced the roofing with new bitumen roofing and renewed all the zincwork, including the zinc capping along the roof edges.
