Combining roof renovation with insulation
The existing tiles were removed and the exposed roof structure was inspected. We insulated the roof as part of the renovation, fitted new counter battens and tile battens, and retiled the roof with red tiles. Connections, roof edges and valleys were carefully finished. The fascia boards received a small gutter and capping with a rolled edge.
