What we do
Depending on the agreed scope, we renew tiles and battens, repair the underlying roof and finish ridge tiles and flashing. Insulation can be considered at the same time. Work and materials are specified in your quote.
A clear price before work starts
A tiled roof with concrete Sneldek tiles starts from €296.45 per m² including 21% VAT, without insulation. This is an indication for roughly 60–100 m² with standard access. Roof shape, hidden damage and details can change the price.
Does every old roof need replacing?
No. A local repair may be sufficient when the rest of the roof is sound. We explain the condition and the options after inspection.
Can insulation be added?
Often, but the roof build-up, ventilation and connections must be assessed first. We include suitable options in the quote.
What warranty applies?
Up to 12 years may apply to our own work when agreed in the accepted quote. Local or temporary repairs may have different terms.
